This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you interact with our company text messaging programs (SMS, MMS, RCS, or similar). By providing your phone number and using our messaging services, you agree to the practices described below.

Phone number and message metadata (timestamps, carrier, message IDs). Message content you send to us (questions, replies, keywords).Minimal device information (device type, language) and delivery status. Transaction or account identifiers where messages relate to your account or purchases.

How we use your information

Deliver messages you request (order updates, appointment reminders, verification codes). Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support via text. Personalize message timing and content.

             Consent and message frequency

Message frequency is related to your patient client relationship with your nurses and doctors. You may revoke consent at any time by texting the designated STOP keyword or following unsubscribe instructions in messages.

Sharing and third parties

We may share your information with service providers that facilitate messaging (SMS gateway providers, marketing platforms, analytics vendors) under contract and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
